PAYMENT:
We are happy to accept payment via Paypal or Stripe.
SHIPPING:
Except weekends, we ship nearly every day so your package will be in the mail to you within 24-48 hours of our receiving payment.
We use the U.S. Postal Service for most purchases. Domestic, we use your choice of Ground Advantage or Priority mail. If the package is particularly large/heavy UPS Ground is the most cost-effective.
*** ATTENTION: International buyers***
International shipping is also via U.S. Postal Service and First Class International is most economical but some large or heavy packages (Over 4 pounds) must be sent Priority International (which includes insurance to most countries).
Please be aware that you may incur and be responsible for various forms of Import Tax in your country. This is usually collected by your postal service and should not be confused with additional shipping cost. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. PLEASE do not ask to falsify the Customs Declaration Form, it is against our law.
RETURNS:
Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis but we ALWAYS want you to be happy with your purchase so if you have a problem do not hesitate to contact us.
